Executive Vice President, Retail & Commerce Vertical
In this role, Ms. Grossman utilizes her deep expertise and understanding of retail and commerce organizations to translate Advisors capabilities and other Mastercard assets into standardized solutions to address customer needs. As a vertical lead, Ms. Grossman establishes easily communicated and differentiated value propositions, directs innovation across Advisors, enhances profitability by combining capabilities and assets, and identifies the best distribution channels for delivering and scaling those solutions. Ms. Grossman also acts as an industry vertical resource across Mastercard.
In Ms. Grossman's previous role she focused on achieving the business case for the acquisition of Applied Predictive Technologies, while preserving the unique APT culture, retaining talent, retaining customers and identifying opportunities for additional value from the acquisition. Prior to this Ms. Grossman was Group Head of Media Solutions, Information Services for Mastercard Advisors she had global responsibility for leading efforts to directly monetize differentiated data assets and analytics by leveraging them to help advertisers, advertising intermediaries and media properties improve media ROI by enabling improved targeting and campaign measurement.
Prior experience focused in the areas of analytics, consulting, pricing, product development, product management and sales within the consumer packaged goods, retail, pharma and publishing industries. Led the Analytics Solutions group at SymphonyIri which is responsible for the development, sales and implementation of technology-based analytic products and services.
Susan holds a B.A. in Communications from Boston College and an MBA in Marketing from Northeastern University.
