Mark Matiszik joined MasterCard in September 2013 and is responsible for growing the company's North American merchant consulting practice.
Most recently, Mark was part of IBM Global Business Services, where he was an early member of their Retail Center of Competency group, helping to sell and successfully deliver strategic consulting engagements to billion-plus dollar retailers needing a cross-channel and customer centric operating model.
Prior to IBM, Mark spent 14 years leading divisions for major retailers, in diverse areas such as e-commerce, international operations/distribution and new business development. He spent 10 years at Lands' End, ultimately heading the retailer's European Operations, and did a three year stint as Head of eCommerce at Brown Shoe Company, running their portfolio of sites including Shoes.com, FamousFootwear.com, Naturalizer.com, and other brand-specific sites.
